Our records center offers storage for your paper based records in a clean, secure environment. Our 600,000 sq. ft. facility conveniently located in Central CT can handle clients with 10 boxes on up to 1,000,000 boxes. Housed in a former defense contracting facility, its concrete walls and ceilings ensure safe housing of our clients valuable records. It's state of the art fire protection and security systems maintain a continuously monitored working environment. Twenty foot high steel shelving and rack, designed specifically for records storage, is used for compact stacking of any size archive box. InfoKeeper is the software system Dupont Business Archives uses to track all of the media stored in the facility. This comprehensive software utilizes barcode scanning for inventory tracking, work order creation, report generating, customer service and invoicing. InfoKeeper is also an Internet solution for our customers to access their boxes and files that are stored in our Records Center Paper and media destruction will ensure compliance with records retention policies and no loss of confidentiality. Dupont will supply an attractive locking security console for storing of your confidential records and then pick up the material for destruction at our facility. We will also provide destruction reports with an authorization request for the destruction of records that are housed in our Records Center. Once we are authorized to destroy the files and the task is complete, our clients will receive a Certificate of Destruction.
